Premier Homes of Lane County has been building homes
in the Eugene, Oregon area since 1993. Currently they are working on their newest area in Ferry Street Bridge called Provincial Gardens which consists of 22 lots, with only 7 remaining.  Bob
Rippee, with a background in engineering, has been in the construction
business for the past 35 years. Andrea Rippee has been involved in real
estate for many years, is the Vice President of the Lane County Home
Builders Association, and also has experience designing the interiors
and selecting the finishing touches for their custom built homes. As
